My responsibilities included:
Working with local high school students with disabilities under the IAC program (Increasing Access to College) to develop skills, organization, and schedule management in order to create a smooth transition between high school and college
Hosting daily digital and in-person learning experiences, providing mentorship, and finding resources with the goal of aiding students with disabilities in a college environment
Supporting the research agenda of my supervising professor, which consisted of finding literature, transcribing interviews, editing research papers, and conducting other research-related tasks
NJY Camps
2015 — 2022
My responsibilities included:
Leading approx. 75 campers and 25 staff members on a day to day basis, developing and creating programming, training staff members on how to be effective sleepaway camp counselors, solving interpersonal issues, and managing the happiness and satisfaction of those around me
Establishing a camp gardening program which taught campers practical gardening skills as well as Jewish values related to sustainability and gardening
Supervised out of camp trips and with liability for campers, their medicine, and overall well-being
Hazelman Farms

My responsibilities included:
Coordinating an on-site farmer’s market and inviting vendors and the community onto the farm
Cultivating creative solutions to further engage consumers with a local business
Feeding and maintaining a group of 2500 chickens, collecting approximately 1200 eggs daily
Completing horticultural duties such as planting, watering, and harvesting a wide variety of fruits and vegetables
Maintaining and cultivating 73 acres of farming space including pulling weeds, clearing debris, building new structures, and running a small farm stand
